Nice place nice staff but the boat launch is always with people that don’t have a boat they are there with kayaks when there is a kayak ramp but the kayak ramp is washed out but still usable, people taking up the parking lot that clearly …

Fantastic place to watch sunrise as the view is spectacular. Very quiet and tranquil beach to enjoy sunrise. Some people went there especially for the sunrise while others went for jogging and walking their dogs.
It is off season and there were only a few boats in the parking lot. There is a fee of some sort to use the facility or parts of it. There were quite a few picnic tables and a covered area. Lots of parking area. It was very clean too.
Super nice for a quick hop in the river and skipping a few stones. Bathrooms/Porto pots were available, and for the most part everything was clean and inviting. It was $10.00 for an all day parting pass when we stopped in for the day.
Great place to swim in the river for fun. There is a large parking lot, boat access, pavilions, bathroom, and a trail head for the McDade Trail. This part of the train takes you beneath the Milford Bridge, which is neat. Really pretty location in the spring, summer, and fall.

Big park ,huge parking lot ;nice for family gathering ,no pets allowed and the water was very clean and warm.
